Training
After the contract takes effect, Party B shall provide Party A with 3 free trainings lasting for 7 days each at Party B's factory. The accommodation and food expenses shall be borne by Party A. Party A is required to make an appointment with Party B before the training.。
Training Content: Operation of CNC systems, Maintenance of machine tools, Judgment and handling of common faults.
After the personnel of Party B have completed the debugging and acceptance of the machine tool on the site of Party A, they will provide Party A with a 3-day training session on the site of Party A, covering the operation and maintenance of the machine tool.


Installation and commissioning
After the machine tools arrive at the site of Party A, Party A shall be responsible for the foundation, unloading, hoisting, unpacking, positioning and other operations of the machine tools. After Party A completes the positioning of the machine tools, Party A shall notify Party B in writing to come to the site of Party A for the fine adjustment of the level, debugging and static accuracy inspection of the machine tools.
During the debugging period, the expenses for transportation, accommodation and meals shall be borne by Party B.
