The GV5 series high-power bed is made of integral gray cast iron. Combined with the large-column integrated bed, it undergoes multi-directional aging treatment before high-precision processing. By adopting German INA;P grade high-precision ball linear guides, high rigidity, high speed, durability and long service life can be achieved simultaneously. At the same time, repeat high-speed positioning is guaranteed, thereby bringing about long-term high reliability processing and maintenance-free operation. Double nut lead screws of C3 level or above can adjust for micro-gap.
The spindle adopts a Taiwan-made high-power, high-torque, high-speed and high-precision direct-connected spindle with no vibration, no transmission noise and no torque loss. It can meet the requirements of high-speed and precise grinding processing of small-diameter cutting tools as well as large-torque slotting and integrated forming processing of medium-sized and special-shaped cutting tools, ensuring good processing accuracy and efficiency.
