       At the exhibition site, the two products showcased by Heirui Company attracted much attention. The first one was the A5 model in the A series. "This is a very popular model in our current market," Manager Guo explained, "The main components of this equipment, such as the direct-drive turntable, the main shaft, and the mechanical hand, are all independently developed and produced by us."
The A5 five-axis tool grinding machine is a model capable of processing products ranging from 0.2 to 12mm. The equipment has a runout of 0.003mm. It is equipped with a torque permanent magnet synchronous motor spindle, an automatic loading and unloading mechanism for the mechanical hand, compensation for product runout, online automatic measurement of the grinding wheel, and online automatic dressing. A series of practical functions such as automatic correction are provided. In the process of batch production of standard tools for 3C and non-standard tool processing, these functions make the machine setup operation more convenient and efficient.

       Another product on display is the HD5 multi-step rough and finish grinding machine. It is mainly used for multi-step processing of rod cutters, conical finishing of drill bits, processing of various special-shaped products. This product first adopts an adjustable and detachable automatic tool holder, three sets of permanent magnet synchronous electric spindles, marble bed, multi-joint manipulator, and automatic measurement device. The processing accuracy of this product is less than 0.005mm, roundness is ±0.002mm, and taper is ±0.002mm. Standing beside the equipment, Manager Guo proudly introduced, "We have achieved the quality of imported products at a domestic price (the price is only around 400,000 yuan). However, we have a higher configuration and the characteristics of full-closed-loop production, which enables us to produce high-quality products stably."

       When it comes to the market trends of the cutting tools industry, Manager Guo said: "The market in East China leans more towards technical products, and non-standard products hold an important position. Each manufacturer has its own unique competitive edge. Herui will not follow the low-end product route; instead, it will pay more attention to the added value of its products."

"The main shaft we developed is currently the shortest in China, with a total length of only 230 millimeters, and the dynamic balance has been achieved below 50 milligrams, greatly reducing the cumulative error value during equipment operation!" 。
